Rated 5 out of 5 by cajuntec from My favorite braid The first time I used it, I admit I was thinking "How is this invisible? It's WHITE!" Well, I guess the fish can't see it, because I was getting bites in water that was clear enough that I could see the line all the way to the lure, and see the fish hitting the lure. The obviously either didn't care, or couldn't see it. Further use of the line cemented it for me. It truly must be invisible to fish under water, because the bites just keep coming - clear, stained, dirty water - It doesn't matter. I stopped using flourocarbon leaders, and just tie direct these days. Easy cast ability, superior strength, and very thin for the poundage rating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by gash from Invisibraid casting distance I've used many different braids. I typically try go after big fish (Reds and Specs) and use light tackle with mostly Curado 300's on good rods. All of the other braids I've used would get hung up in the spool after landing a big fish. I would have to cast it out to get it back to spooling right. Going to heavier braids to eliminate that would take away from casting distance. I found invisibraid and started out with 15lb. and was extremely pleased with its performance. I recently bought a spool of 10 lb and will replace my 15 lb when necessary. It seems softer and more flexible than the others I've used.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Gregorie from Soft and supple. Looks horrible in freshwater. Line is a loose weave style which may make it "translucent" but honestly it's the most visible braid I've ever used. Spooled up two Stradics with this stuff, one 15 lb for freshwater, one 65 lb for heavy saltwater. The 65 casts so bad compared to other braids, catches the wind like no other braid I've ever used, even launching 3 oz. swimbaits. I've used other Spiderwire products that I've been happy with but this stuff is a joke. For the freshwater deal it glows white underwater and is the most VISIBLE braid I've ever seen. Not sure why it's called invisi-braid... it's just the opposite. $70 worth of line is now used in my garden to for cucumbers to grow on. Never again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Chaz from Very good quality-product Very pleased with the strength, castability and how it lays smoothly on the spinning reel. We have caught bass up to 10lbs on the 10lb/2lb test diameter. We fish a very clear lake making very far casts with small swim baits and this line allows us to have a excellent hook up ratio. My 6 year son uses it as well and has excellent results. When you find this product on sale I recommend you try it out especially for a spinning reel and light tackle.

Rated 1 out of 5 by GregW from Horrible Just tried this line out on a shimano curado i series I purchased it because it's invisible underwater which it is no complaint there the strength is also not an issue, however it's almost impossible to cast stiff and does not unspool well the line also tends to burry its self into the spool when put under pressure fighting a fish. After one day fishing it and countless wind knots and backlashes I gave up and put power pro super slick back on the reel. This line may be ok for a spinning real but has no place on a bait casting set up for the price I expected a lot more. I'm very disappointed and would only recommend this line to someone I'm fishing a against in a tournament.

Rated 5 out of 5 by lowcountryfishing from Hands down the best braid on the market I have tried multiple brands of braid and have found this to be the absolute best. Strength, suppleness, lack of memory and super tough.

Rated 5 out of 5 by CaptLain from Best braid on the market! I've been using 10,20,30 & 50 lb. Invisi-Braid for a few years on my charter boat reels. The results have been astonishing with only 1-2 wind knots a month compared to 1-2 a day with other brands. This braid is tough as nails and adds 20-30% casting distance compared to monofilament lines.
