Rated 1 out of 5 by brutus10 from Poor Quality/Very Disappointed I ordered 8 spools of the EZ-Fluro line this year from Cabela's. I just came back from a trip to Lake Chickamauga TN. This is the first time I've ever used the product. The reason I decided to try the line is pro staffer Fletcher Shryock resides in my town. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the line. I know for a fact that the line broke at least 8 times in the 3 days I fished. It broke while fighting fish, attempting to tie on baits, setting the hook & even casting lures. This line frays very easily. I'm very reluctant to use this as my tournament season fast approaches. Once again I'm very disappointed in the quality of the product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Not Happy from better off throwing $9.00 in the lake!!!! You would better off just throwing $9.00 in the lake. I foolishly purchased this product at walmart, as it is my only option in the town I live in. Spooled up one of my open-face reels the night before a day on the lake. At first light on the lake I used recommended knot on a $7.00 plug and the line broke on the first cast and my lure sailed into the woods. Tried a polimar knot and launched my second $7.00 lure into the woods. Tried fishermans knot and smartly cast to open water and the line broke three feet from the lure..... I was able to retrieve that plug. I made a total of three casts, lost two lures and nearly a third. So the $9.00 + tax at walmart and the $14.00 + tax in lures puts me $25.00 in the hole. I never write bad comments like this but I work hard to pay for what I got. And when it goes flying into the woods, someone needs to hear about it. This product is worthless!

Rated 1 out of 5 by fishingfool 529 from NO GOOD!! Just this month i bought a spool 8lb test to put on my spinning reel. While trying to respool my reel line broke of twice so had to knot together didnt want to start over. Then first cast about 6ft of line with my shaky head and worm went flying right off. Bought new spool p-line and no issues even after few 2lb to 4lb bass.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Bgrassguitar from Completely dissatisfied I bought two spools of 12lb. Fluoro and it definitely is not for me. I noticed a few flaws in the line just spoiling the reels. After fishing it just one day, I had to cut out fray sand retie my lures several times. I've never had to do this with P-line. I'm out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Keith H from Very Disapointed I bought this line and I can't even tie a lure to it. I have tried different types of knots and every time I pull the knot tight the line breaks. I would return it but I lost the receipt. I have used other types of Spiderwire before and didn't have any problem but this line does not hold up at all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by GED94 from Seems like smooth decent line. I haven't used this line to its full extent yet, but I'm not sure why the reviews are as bad as they are. Maybe I got a good spool of line? Not sure. What I do know though is that it pairs pretty well with my Daiwa Tatula. I bought this line in 15 lb. test. My primary method of fishing is crankbaiting. I've done some practice casting with this line and I haven't had any backlash yet. The line seems durable and smooth. I'll see more of how well it performs when I start hitting the largemouths.

Rated 1 out of 5 by more2hate from Garbage!! Just picked up a roll today, I love spiderwire! Respooled two reels..my 33b zebco and my spiderwire brand spinner, 5 tries to put a swivel on even using recommended knot! After getting frustrated I finally managed to get one on and hit the river. Had no issues for a good 45 mins or so. My last cast I feel in a spinner, give it a shake to get some moss off and lose my setup! After a few good words I realize this stuff will fray just by sliding your fingertips across it. Now I've got 200yds of garbage on my reels..
